Dennis graduated from Columbia College and soon after served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. After being honorably discharged, he entered the financial services business in the areas of personal and business planning. In 1990 he completed the requirements for Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), a designation that less than 5% of all financial planners have been awarded. Dennis has been a regular speaker at many local and state associations throughout Florida and has worked with many distinguished businesses in the state. Dennis is one of Florida’s foremost experts in the area of business planning. His specialty is teaching employers how to recruit, train and motivate their employees. He has also spoken over the years about ways to structure employee contracts with performance incentives and motivational clauses. He is also proficient in business continuation planning, worker’s compensation and asset protection strategies. Dennis has given presentations at various building associations as well as the South East Builder’s Conference.
